Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Inner Serenity Massage & Wellness, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best possible service to all clients, I kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy: 24-Hour Notice Required
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-Shows
Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Running Late
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client’s appointment. The full service fee will still apply. Emergencies & Illness
I understand that emergencies and unexpected illnesses happen. Exceptions may be made at my discretion. Thank you for understanding that appointment times are reserved specifically for you.
